From the download section you can view the filmed Vignettes relating to the Buying a House and Buying a Car negotiation exercises. The Buying a Car scene is shot twice initially using a soft negotiation style and then moving to a more hard-line approach. The scenes are then used for discussion and to compare against good negotiating practice.

Online Assessment.
The online assessment allows you to complete an extensive list of multiple choice questions and really test your knowledge on negotiation. On completion at the click of a button you have the option of submitting your results to your tutor.
Students that successfully complete the course and assessment will be issued with a certificate on submission.
